" THE ENGORN WATCH ": 2,190 DAYS UNTIL DAVID ENGORN JOINS NATIONAL CAPITAL FOOT AND ANKLE CENTER. David Engorn has completed his first year at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Miami, Florida. He is slated to join National Capital Foot and Ankle Center in July 2016.

David is undoubtedly an exemplary student and is on his way to becoming a spectacular physician. He most recently demonstrated his passion for medicine by joining a medical mission team on a trip to Leon, Nicaragua. Nicaragua is the second poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. Forty-eight percent of the population lives below the poverty level, and forty percent have no access to health care. His mission team treated over 1,000 patients in three and a half days. The diagnoses included plantar fasciitis, venous stasis, joint pain, diabetic foot ulcers, upper respiratory infections, dyspepsia/GERD, urinary tract infections, malnutrition, and many more! We look forward to David joining the National Capital Foot and Ankle Center!
